Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Personnel to actively seek out and engage customers and prospects. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  4. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the customer and the company.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  8. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
